Simon, that is a brilliant idea, a portion of the real estate agent's money going to help the homeless. That will NEVER happen in the U.S.. Evidence of this fact goes back to the movie the "Big Short" and the housing crisis, and today with the show "Selling Manhattan" . I'm not stating the obvious that's cultural in the U.S. That's the bad, but the good is that there's a workaround, and you came close to it, it's already being developed in the "tech" sector. Everyone "homeschooling" their children should set them down in front of your podcasts, save the expense of business school. I use your podcasts to keep me motivated. Glad to be a part of your "tribe".
