I'm grateful for how far I've come. At 47, persistence has allowed me to own multiple cars, homes, and investment properties while building income streams that generate over $8,000 a week.

More than the money, I'm thankful for the peace of mind and the freedom that come with it. That's why I'll never look down on anyone who's still working toward their goals. Everyone's journey is different, and with patience, consistency, and perseverance, things can change in ways you never imagined.

I only watched a minute or two of this video, and already I can tell this is going to be good!

I am a little over half-way through with saving my first 1K and this is coming from someone that is having a hard time finding any job as of now AND living on limited funds every month.

Going to subscribe because I can tell you have wonderful advice to share! 🥰

7 years ago I had over $20,000 in consumer debt. 4 years ago I decided to get serious about tackling it. Today I am debt free have $27,000 in the bank and a net worth of $85,000 (which is probably far too low for my age but is a huge accomplishment for me) I did this while making between $45,000 and $60,000 annually.

I’ve become a lot more intentional about how I shop lately because prices keep creeping up, especially for everyday things. One thing that’s helped me cut costs without giving up the brands I like is checking for promo codes and cashback offers before I buy anything online. I used to skip that step because it felt like a waste of time, but I’ve actually saved a decent amount over the past few months. Recently I found Valuecom while looking for discounts on electronics and household items, and I was surprised that some of the coupon codes actually worked unlike many random coupon sites. Even small savings add up over time, especially if you shop online regularly. Another thing I do is compare prices across stores and wait for bundle offers instead of impulse buying. It takes a few extra minutes, but it definitely helps stretch the budget further.

I've been trying to be more thoughtful about how I make purchases lately, and articles like these are really useful for assisting me with being mindful of my spending habits. The one thing that has really impacted my spending habits is not assuming that a good deal means I should buy it, but actually taking a few minutes to compare prices or research whether there is a lower cost elsewhere. I will often leave something in my online shopping cart for a twenty-four hour period, and during that time, at a minimum, I have often found that the item I considered purchasing was marked down, or I have just realized that I do not need the item. I also check PromoPro UK before purchasing, and I have captured several different savings that I would otherwise have not known to look for. It is not about being cheap, it is about being more conscientious about spending and how I spend my money. Does anyone else have any experiences with habits that will help you save over time?

I’ve been trying to save more on my weekly shopping, and one thing that really works for me is planning purchases around online coupon events. I recently discovered PromoPro UK, and it’s been a game-changer for finding reliable deals before I even add items to my cart. One tip I’ve found especially helpful is stacking smaller store coupons with bigger seasonal discounts—sometimes you can save a surprising amount! I also make a habit of checking reviews and expiry dates to avoid surprises. I’d love to hear if anyone else uses a similar method or has their own go-to tricks for cutting costs.
