In many cases the business is breaking even at best so they will just want their normal wage etc etc.
I ask because a lot of small business owners are just that – small and they only give a shit about making a wage, then when they see the business doing well they’ll simply want more and more lol.
At 8:30, you show a loan payment of 212 monthly. That's 2544 of annual interest and on principal of 204,000 that's 1.25% annual interest rate. Extremely low. is ta even realistic?
