1:21 even in quants as far as I know you'd rather be a trader or a researcher than an analyst, closer to the PnL. And those roles are going to math and stats and comp sci ppl unfortunately 🙁

Also, you are a BSC Material Science graduate with IIM B MBA, I don't think you are well qualified enought to judge Finance roles. You do not know the nitty-gritty going on in a finance department, you may see a summary of it, but not how it works. You are mediocre guide for Finance if you add Risk Management in C Tier, because you are completely unaware of the impact risk management has on a firm. Your video is incomplete because you forgot to add Insurance, Treasury and Law in it.
Would like to know why Audit and Corp Banking is in D Tier ? Also, why is consulting considered a Finance job, because engineers (without an MBA, Finance) get recruited into consulting and also consult on cases which have direct correlation to Finance ?

The thing is don't assume only men to be in workforce, keep it gender neutral.
And better say partner is ready if gender based spouse titles.

Corporate Finance is arguably the easiest here with a good path to make more money. With an MBA getting a good job isn’t too hard.
Wealth Management is also less required math and high paying. If you’re a people person it’s great.
