And somewhere in the midst of that you snag your EIN which takes only 24hrs and depending on who u set it up with that company may do it for you. But yeah, kids wasting time
5. Liquidation cost, if that business goes south. Company liquidation costs can be pretty nice depending on the location. In my location it is 200-400 euros. Do I want to start a business without a solid proof I will get revenue ?
it didn't make sense to me rn but yk what imma save it and keep watching it here and there to the point where my brain would actually understand this stuff and i will make them moves 😉
More and more people might face a tough time in retirement. Low-paying jobs, inflation, and high rents make it hard to save. Now, middle-class Americans find it tough to own a home too, leaving them without a place to retire.
So if everyone starts a business who’s making money because there won’t be enough workers to consume the products everyone is trying to sell. Workers are why America isn’t a 3rd world country. Get off your azzes and get a trade thats an essential. Everyone wants to get rich quick and thats what killing the country by generations
True! If you’re not an immigrant who needs to prove your activity n income to the government in order to get a living permit, don’t wait until your business registration ready to start.
As an immigrant in France, I started my e-commerce business as a solopreneur. It wasn’t easy as there were so many false info n the most common info I got was for opening a real business (not as solopreneur) which I wasn’t qualified to register n get the living permit for it. France really loves paper, so I should have my business registration (I guess it’s LLC in the US) in order to do everything (sell in a local event, join a bazaar, sell on etsy, sell on the local marketplaces, etc). I don’t know if it’s apply only for the immigrant or also for the local people here.
Things completely changed after covid, start-up, solo preneur, freelancer are everywhere now, it’s very easy to get the info, n for immigrant, the government finally put the legal info on their website n people can easily apply from there. Not like in my case before, I had to send an email to the prefecture n they started to throw me from one to other divisions just to get an appointment because they had no idea for this, they just knew about a living permit for a real business people with huge capital.. lol
I’ll say, it’s easy now to start a small business in France as an immigrant, it’s just quite challenging to get your first client. 😂
N don’t get stuck making a business plan. 😂 I see many people who have the capital n everything they need but still don’t start the business n arguing what should be in the business plan. Such a waste of time.. 😅
Good luck for you all n wish the best for our business! 🎉
I was at a county fair with my art business and my son started a business in a few seconds because someone saw him doing lettering and asked if it was for sale. That person paid $20 on the spot. Providing value to a stranger is the most valuable advice in here and also the most challenging. If you have an idea, just try to sell it to just one person and see if you can do that, then repeat the process and make it better each time. Once you have money, you can worry about separate bank accounts, etc.

Don’t you need a lease for a shop and the address to get the article of incorporation?
Step 1 get an idea, step 2 develop a plan step 3 take action
