People who say bed/couch flipping is crazy. Do people even understand why furniture is literally worth nothing after you bring it home? 1. Its big and bulky. Usually requires 2 people to haul. 2. Bed bugs. You never want to buy used furniture because people in general are nasty. You dont want to sit and lay in random peoples filth. 3. Some people are allergic to pets. 4. The smell. Furniture like beds and couches are notorious for holding in odor. Simply because they are hard to clean.
