I think government could develop some special program for artisans in the wood work, metal fabricating, equipment/machinery manufacturing and dress making industry by resourcing, retraining them on developing standards, quality, innovation, designing, ethics etc in order to meet internationally best practices.. These are huge markets and areas Ghana should develop to make huge savings and revenues for the country because we import huge volumes of these products from overseas which impose huge forex burden on our country..

Ato Forson doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He is converting money already with the government as new money. Previous years when the tax refund is not used, the Ghana government always uses the funds. Canceling new incoming revenue cannot be equated to set aside tax refunds.

The truth doesn't shy away from being queried. We are not being told to believe or assume. We are being told exactly how cuts have been made and where the excess has been allocated. I think transparency is the game and it's making Ghanaians feel at ease. I am interested to know if there's an avenue to resubmit project applications to the 1d1f replacement agencies. I do applaud him for the first in our history to recoup human resource investment exploited by affluent nations abroad by giving foreign governments mandate to pay towards Ghanaian skillsets abroad. I think he could take it further by buying Ghanaian citizens debt from foreign banks and allow the citizens to pay them without interest into GIB so we can have forex without the fees. I hope this makes sense
