Chocolate Finance is invested in investment-grade bond funds (money kept separate from Chocolate!)
When you buy/sell the same funds anywhere else, it takes days to process
Chocolate Finance has been offering instant buy/sell with their Liquidity Programme (which is now paused, see statement)

It is not a bank run. They do not have money to cover the fiction. Underlying funds are safe, it is not issue with them. But they do not deliver same result as promised by Chocolate Finance. MAS did bad work by giving license to them.
